PolyCom VVX250 Quick-Reference guide
The nicely formatted version is attached as a PDF to the bottom of this article. I recommend downloading and opening this from there. The following are snippets of the most useful instructions:
To change the Ringtone:
- Press the Home Key
- Press 5 or go to settings
- Press 1 or go to Basic
- Press 4 or go to Ring Type
- Scroll through the options and press the Play button to preview (For all that is good, do NOT test "LoudRing.wav")
- Press Select on the option of your choice.
- Press the Home button twice to get back to the home screen.
To transfer a call:
- Press and hold the Transfer soft key [Phone with arrow to another phone]
- Choose Blind or Consultative.
- Dial a number or choose a contact.
If you chose Blind, the call is transferred immediately.
To review missed calls:
- Simply press the "down" key
- Once reviewed, the indicator on the front screen will disappear.
