Configuring Personal Address Book on your Cisco 8851 phone
OVERVIEW
The best way to program quick-dial numbers into the system is to use the Personal Address Book. This will allow you to call a favorite number with three button presses.
INSTRUCTIONS
- On your Cisco Phone, press the "Directories" button next to the Settings gear

- Press 1 for Personal address book
- Press the button for "Add"

- Enter the information you'd like in this list using the dial-pad (i'm looking for alternative entry methods here)
- Press Save
You can access the PAB any time by pressing the Directories symbol. Press 1 to access the PAB and then scroll down to the number you want using the
