Decluttering the Course Navigation Menu is essential because it helps make the student experience more approachable.

Important Note: Clicking “Disable” does NOT mean that the tool or functionality will not work for students. For example, look at the right side of the screenshot above. Although the "Quizzes" link is not available in the Course Navigation Menu, students will still be able to access any published quiz through either a direct link in a page or the Assignments and/or Modules tab.
