VIDEO OVERVIEW ON USING THE APP
LOGGING IN
- Open the email invite and click Open in Browser
- Log in using your MA Google account. At some point you will need to click Accept to give permissions to the app.
- The app will open to the Dashboard
ADD NEW FEEDBACK
METHOD #1: Use the New Feedback Button
This is the method that you will use most often.
- Simply click the New Feedback button in the upper left-hand corner of the application.
- Choose the Student, the Class, the Overall Level of Concern and click Next. Remember, only classes that are part of your Department will show up in the Class list.
- Continue with the rest of the feedback and click Save when done.
METHOD #2: Use the Add Button When Looking at a Specific Student or Class
This is the method you might choose to use if you use the Dashboard to check a specific student or class and realize you need to add feedback for that specific student or class.
- On the Dashboard, click the specific student or class that you want to get more information on.

- Click the Add button at the bottom of the list of feedback records associated with the specific student or class.

- In the form that pops up from the right, double-check the information is correct and fill out the feedback. Be sure to click Save when you are done.
EDIT OR DELETE FEEDBACK
If you need to edit a feedback record for a student because you made a mistake, etc, that is quite easy. The thing to remember is that you DO NOT simply create a new feedback record with that student's name. Instead, you edit the existing feedback record.
Each student should only have 1 feedback record for each class. This means that they should only have 7 feedback records total. If you accidentally create an extra feedback record for a student, you can delete a feedback record.
When you are editing or deleting a feedback record, you MUST double-check that you have selected the correct feedback record! You don't want to delete or edit the work that someone else has done for that student.
- On the Dashboard, click the specific student that has a feedback record that you want to edit or delete.
- Scroll to where you can see the Related Feedbacks table. Find the correct feedback record.
- Click the correct feedback record. Please be extra careful that you choose the correct feedback record.
- In the screen that opens, double-check that you have selected the correct feedback record to edit or delete.
- Click the Edit or Delete button, depending on what you want to do.

Make any edits in the feedback record and click Save.
