INFORMATION:
The Samsung soundbars have a small remote that is needed if you are going to change input sources (For bluetooth most often) and for general volume. They are universal, so any remote can control any Samsung soundbar at MA.
Troubleshooting
- If you see a little red/green light on the top-center of the bar, it's off. Power it on. When the soundbar is on, the red/green light is off.
- If you are not getting sound, press and hold the AUX key for 3 full seconds. AUX sometimes does not work unless you press D.IN first.
- Press Volume + at least once to make sure Mute is not active.
- Make sure your own laptop sound is up and not on mute.
- If the IR sensor on the bar itself is dangling, the soundbar could be out of sync with the projector. If you see that is the case, please let the Tech team know and we'll come fix it.
