How to hide your address from other students

Overview:

We understand people want to hide their information from fellow students/parents during certain parts of the year. These instructions allow you to do that while still retaining your information for faculty and staff to have in case of emergency.

Walk-Through

1. Sign into MyMA

2. Click on your profile picture in the top right and choose Settings

3. In the left pane, choose Privacy. In the right pane, expand the constituent group whose view you'd like to restrict. Uncheck the boxes for all Address entries.

4. Repeat for any other constituent groups you'd like.

5. Set a calendar reminder to turn these back on. This information is helpful for forming carpools and creating a sense of community with your fellow classmates.
