Configuring the TimeClock mobile App on your Phone
Many of you use the TCP app to clock in and out. Now that we have moved to a new TCP server, you will need to make a couple of changes on your phone. It's a pretty straightforward process:
- Download the new version of "TCP MobileClock" to your phone. The new version is here and has a white/green icon. The old app, which has a blue icon, you can delete.
- When you first open the app it will ask for a CUSTOMER ID number: 172631 (You may have to tap the screen to hide the onscreen keyboard and see the next button)
- Now enter your ID # and press next
- Now enter your pin # and press next (If you forgot it, ask Francesca)
- You should now see the buttons to click in/out and see your current status.
