How to check your Advisee's comments

Note: Scroll down to Step 6 to see instructions for All advisees in a single report.

1. Login to MyMA

2. From the Faculty persona, click on groups, and then on your advisory

3. Go to the Advisees tab and click the 3-dot radio button under the student name, then click on "View Profile".

4. From the Progress tab, Select Grade if you want older comments, or click on Report Cards under the Performance section.

5. Click the version of comments you'd like to read. It'll download and open a PDF in your default application

To see all advisee comments at once:

6. Go to the Grading tab and click the drop-down for "Run Grading Reports"

7. Select "Report Cards" and choose the report card you would like to access (this time - "Quarter 1 Grades and Comments"). It will open a .pdf in your browser that you can download.
