AccessIT web timeout issue
There is no built-in timeout or automatic sign-out setting in AccessIT that applies to the Management App.
If the frequent timing out occurs for the library staff while using the cloud-based version of the Management App, this is likely being caused by their browser's settings.
If using Chrome, here are some changes that should prevent this from occurring going forward:
In Chrome, please go to chrome://settings/performance. There, you can try making one of these changes, or a combination of both:
- Turn off the Memory Saver setting.
- Add our Accessit server to the site list within the Always keep these sites active setting:
- Click the Add button next to that option.
- In the pop-up, click Add sites manually.
