Blackbaud K12 Main Rollover process
Synopses:
This happens in multiple parts and can be done one at a time. Prior to starting this process, you must define the school year dates in Core > Settings > School Information> Years and Terms. The import of ClassA happens after the rollover is complete and the active school year is the upcoming year. Make sure the school calendar is done and then enter the dates in that page:

Once this is setup you can start the Master rollover process. Typically, this is done by the Registrar. Go to Core > System Tools > Master Rollover. Choose last year's cycle in "From School Year" and the upcoming cycle in "To School Year" and then click View.

For each line item, you'll need to click RUN.
Academic Groups - Registrar does this
Check Course Sections and Course Page Settings only. ClassA imports all the proper info
Activity Groups - Skip
Advisory Groups - Can be run any time after July 1
Athletic Groups - AD does this
Grade Book - Do not run this. Go to onRecord > Settings > Grading > Grade Plans and manually enter the Marking Periods
Grading - Registrar does this
Online Signup - Registrar does this
