OVERVIEW
All returning families complete their re-enrollment contracts through MyMA. New families have a different process. Read below for instructions on how families can view and sign their contract.
INSTRUCTIONS
Important note for rising 10th grade families: the first parent to begin the re-enrollment process will be prompted to link their families Tuition Management account to their MyMA (both are operated by Blackbaud) account. In order to link the accounts, you can do one of two things:
- At the top of the MyMA homepage, click Resources and then Parent Tools. Scroll down and click the link to "Blackbaud Tuition Management". Log into the Tuition Management account. Once logged in the accounts are linked.
- Open the re-enrollment contact. The first step will be to link your Tuition Management account with your MyMA account. If you don't remember the credentials, you can reset them here too
Once re-enrollment contracts are published (~mid-February), returning families can follow this process to sign their contract:
- Log in MyMA (your username is your email address)
- Once logged in, you will see a yellow banner at the top of the page. The banner will say "You have: X contract(s) to review." where X is the number of re-enrolling students in your family.
- Click the link in the banner to be taken to the contracts page.
- The first parent will see a green "Review" button. Click that button to get started. Once the first parent has signed the contract, the second parent will see an orange "Continue" button instead of "Review".
Note: If you forgot your password, you will see a link to reset it only after entering your email address first.
