OVERVIEW
This article explains how to clear your cache (stored images and files that your web browser saves when it visits a website) on a variety of web browsers. Clearing your cache often fixes various web browser issues, and is a common solution to folks experiencing login issues with MyMA.
INSTRUCTIONS
These instructions are specifically for Google Chrome and focus on how to delete the cookie for MyMA in order to resolve login issues. See "More information" below for links to articles that explain the same process for other web browsers.
- Open Chrome and go to Settings
- Click on Privacy and security tab on the left
- Click Third-party cookies
- Click See all site data and permissions
- Search for "myschoolapp"
- Press the trashcan icon to delete this file.
- Restart Chrome and try to log in again
