OVERVIEW
This article explains installing the printers onto your Mac, PC, or Linux computer. There are four copiers students can use across campus. They are located in the SIC, on the first floor of Foster Hall, on each floor of the library, and outside Founders Lecture Hall.
See Appendix B below for instructions on how to remove the old printers from your computer. The new printers installed will have different names!
> Step 1: Install the PaperCut Print Deploy tool
- Download the appropriate version of the PaperCut Print Deploy using the links below.
- Once downloaded, double-click the installer to install the app onto your computer.
NOTE: These downloads only work when connected to MA Campus or MA Staff WiFi networks

> Step 2: Install the Actual Printers on your Computer
NOTE: You must be connected to MA Campus or MA Staff WiFi network to complete this step and to print.
- Open the Print Deploy app (on a Mac there is an icon on your menu bar at the top of your screen)
- Log into the app by clicking the Sign in with Google option and using your MA Google account.
- The four printers will automatically be installed on your computer. You can view them by clicking on the "My printers" tab on the left.
- You can now print as you normally would.
Note: You must be signed into the print deploy app with your Google account and connected to MA Campus wifi to print!

Appendix B: Remove Old Printers
To remove old printers, go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners. Click any printer you want to remove and press the "Remove Printer" button to remove it. All of the new printers have icons that look like the upright copiers (because they are) and the old printers have icons that look like them.
