OVERVIEW
This article explains how to install PaperCut's Print Deploy tool onto your Mac or Windows computer (Step 1). Once installed you can use it to install various printers (Step 2) around campus. Here is a video walkthrough of the process:

STEP 1 (Mac): Installing PaperCut Print Deploy app on Mac Computers
On your mac, open the Marin Academy's Self Service Portal app. On the left side of the app that opens, click Browse and then Printers. And finally, press the Install button under the "Install New MA Copiers". Once complete, continue to step 2 below.
STEP 1 (Win): Installing PaperCut Print Deploy app on Windows Computers
On your Windows computer, download the PaperCut Print Deploy installer. Double-click the installer and follow the prompts to install the PaperCut Print Deploy tool. Once complete, continue to step 2.
STEP 2: Installing the Actual Printers onto Your Computer
Note: You must be connected wirelessly to MA Staff or using a wired cable at your desk in order complete this step.
- On a mac the Print Deploy app will appear in the menu bar at the top-right of your screen. The icon is green looks like a mini printer. On Windows... [insert idk emoji] It should look similar to the mac version.
- Open the app if it isn't open already and log in using the Sign in with Google option and using your MA Google account.
- The app will automatically install the BBLC Work Room Copier for you and that printer will appear in the "My printers" section.
- You can install additional printers by clicking "Add printers" tab on the left, and then pressing "Install" next to any printer you want to install.
- OPTIONAL for macOS users: If you use any finishing options (e.g. stapling, etc), you will need to configure this as well. See this article for instructions (coming soon).
- That's it! You can now print as you normally would.
